Today I asked an entrepreneur one of my default questions: “Don’t you need to be in San Francisco to have a chance of winning this market?”
His response was one of my favourites…
“Fuuuck thaaat. Honestly, fuck that. We can build massive companies out of Europe and we already are - look at Legora, Lovable, Synthesia. I’m sick of this bullshit idea that you have to be in the US or you’re not ambitious.”
